Serves as primary HR contact for business initiatives, specifically leading the personnel compliance aspects of HITRUST Certification and managing stakeholder communications.
Owner of all HR tools, including SequoiaOne PEO, Deel, Ramp, Google, Slack. Currently in the process of transitioning to Rippling to consolidate these tools, along with our IT systems.
Partners with the IT department to implement comprehensive AI ethics and governance frameworks, including policy creation, tool evaluation, and staff training programs, resulting in responsible AI adoption across all organizational levels.
Develops and implements HR policies and training, including updated remote work guidelines, anti-harassment procedures, and quarterly compliance training programs, while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base within Confluence.
